The miniature metal body, while posed a difficult design challenge, provides a rigid and resonance free chassis for crisp and clean sound. Magnetic caps at the end of the earphones let users click the earphones together for ease of use.

To extract best performance in a tight space, BE-6 incorporates a pair of newly developed 10mm earphone drivers using advanced engineering material: A proprietary mix of titanium, magnesium, and other ingredients were sputtered on the diaphragm to form a nano layer of thin metal crystallized surface. The addition of the metal nano layer reduces cone flex and ensure accurate pistonic movement when actuated with an audio signal. Strong neodymium magnet motor structure provides high flux giving responsive transients. An addition copper ring is used to control the flux and further reduce driver distortion.
